These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PagePilots website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
PagePilots designs and builds landing pages for local service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for any project will be agreed with you directly before work begins.
To deliver your page, we may need content from you — such as business details, photos, service information, and reviews. You confirm that any materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. Delivery timelines depend on receiving what we need from you.
Projects include reasonable launch-week revisions to get your page right. Additional changes after that period may be quoted as separate work. Estimated delivery times are goals, not guarantees, and may vary based on project scope and client responsiveness.
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final landing page delivered to you. We may display non-confidential examples of completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your page may rely on third-party services (such as hosting, domains, and form handling). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
We work hard to build effective pages, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, rankings, lead volumes, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PagePilots is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our site or services.
If we are unable to deliver the work agreed on your call, you will not be charged. Any refund or cancellation terms for work already in progress will be handled fairly and in line with what was agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
